By accessing and using the Tanastok platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Tanastok provides a platform for asset tokenization, allowing users to create, trade, and manage digital representations of real-world assets. Our services include but are not limited to asset listing, trading, portfolio management, and related financial services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. This includes but is not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tanastok and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall Tanastok, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tanastok operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
